It's an instinct for the one idea a brand hasn't had the nerve to say out loud yet, and the discipline to build an entire world around it.

Gemma is the driving force behind Gem Media. A creative director who's spent over a decade doing the thing most people talk about and few actually do: helping businesses work out who they are and building the world that proves it.
She doesn't believe a brand is a logo, or a campaign, or a nice colour palette. A brand is a world people choose to stand inside - and Gem Media was built to make exactly that. Not decoration. Not a deliverable. Something that connects, holds up under pressure, and lasts longer than the trend that inspired it.
